In the 2003 film “South of Heaven”, the central theme is not harassment itself. However, the film offers a character study of the involved parties in any harassment, the perpetrator and the victim. In the film we accompany a cameraman and a TV host shooting a television program on location in the Swedish countryside. Their task is interrupted when they without warning meet a man trying to commit suicide, and must relate to the ethical and social challenges inherent in this encounter.
